Embroidery and Beads Exhibition 2020-2021

Crafts from the Hokkaido Museum of Northern Peoples Collection

สถานที่จัดงาน: Hokkaido Kushiro Art Museum เวลา: Oct 31st - Jan 20th 2021

A special exhibition taking place at the Hokkaido Kushiro Art Museum looks into various living and ceremonial tools from Japan's northern indigenous peoples, with a focus on pieces featuring beading and embroidery. The items on display are from the collection at the Hokkaido Museum of Northern Peoples in Abashiri, and they are beautiful in their own right -- but they also often have significant spiritual meaning behind them.

Adult admission to the special event is priced at 600 yen.
